What the module does
- The plate number is mandatory and must exist in the ERP system. It is searched by entering at least 3 characters - by both plate number and fleet number.
- The request description is mandatory and limited in length; the default is 300 characters.
- You can add photos to a request - 3 by default. The carrier may lower the number and make a photo mandatory.
- In EDISONKA you take the photo or pick it from the phone’s gallery; in the web face you pick the file from the computer’s disk.
- The request is sent straight into the ERP system, where maintenance takes it over.

Carrier settings
How many photos you may attach, whether a photo is mandatory and how long the description may be, is set by your carrier.
- Max photos per request - how many photos you may attach to a request. Empty = 3, more cannot be set.
- Largest single photo (MB) - the portal rejects a larger photo and explains why. Empty = 10 MB. A lower value is handy where drivers send requests over mobile data.
- At least one photo is required - switched on, a request without a photo does not go through. Switched off by default, so photos are optional.
- Max description length - the portal does not accept a longer description. Empty = 300 characters.
