What the module can do
- A list of duty rosters that run on the selected day - according to the days of operation, the calendar and school holidays.
- The roster card shows the roster number and course number, the start and end of the shift, the place from and place to, the hours worked, the days of operation with the validity of the variant, the main line and the Diversion and Extra labels. The details look the same as the shift card in the Driver’s Schedule AD module.
- Filter: Day, Depot and Search (roster number, course number or line). You choose the depot only when you see the rosters of more than one depot; the list is then split by depot.
- Cards or table - you choose on the web, in EDISONKA the list is always shown as cards.
- Tapping a card opens the roster detail. Its header shows the validity of the variant, the days on which the roster runs, does not run and also runs, the place from and place to, the hours worked, the total km, the driving time and the note from the roster header.
- Below the header is the roster breakdown - activities and journeys just as in the shift detail of the Driver’s Schedule AD module. Tap a journey to open its progress with the stops. The note from the roster footer is at the end of the detail.
- From the shift detail in the Driver’s Schedule AD module you get to Rosters by tapping the roster number; the list opens with that roster on the day of the shift.
To see the rosters after a timetable change, select a day on which the change applies.
Rosters are read straight from the ERP system, so your carrier does not need to publish them as PDFs in News or Documents.
Which rosters you see
- A driver sees the rosters of their depots. A driver with no depot assigned sees the rosters of the whole company.
- A dispatcher or administrator sees the rosters of the depots they have access to and chooses the depot in the filter.
Carrier settings
Your carrier switches the module on and assigns it to employees; the module has no further settings.
Rosters appear once your carrier has an updated EDISON. Until then the module reports that EDISON needs to be updated.
