What the module does
- Shows duties from the transport schedule for both AD and MHD on a selected day in one place.
- The AD card has three sections: Duty, Electronic trip log and Further actions.
- The MHD card shows a duty overview (without the electronic trip log) and Further actions.
- The Further actions section offers the Vehicle maintenance button - you report a fault on the vehicle you are currently driving and the plate number is pre-filled in the request.
- Lets you review the duty - choose how it went.
- If the vehicle’s actual plate number (entered in the electronic trip log) differs from the planned one, the card shows it as
plate no. / fleet no. → actual plate no..
The module appears automatically for anyone with access to the Driver’s Schedule AD or Driver’s Schedule MHD module - nothing else needs to be set up.
Electronic trip log
Ongoing entry of details about the driven duty (km, fuel, engine hours…) with transfer straight into the ERP system.
- You can fill in the details as you go - values are saved automatically, including when you navigate back. No Submit button.
- The Electronic trip log card appears for every duty that has a document. A duty without a document has nothing to fill in, so the section is missing there.
- The trip log can be changed until the dispatcher approves it. After that it stays visible, but locked - read-only.
- An approved duty carries the Approved label and the log sheet says the dispatcher approved it. From then on the values come from the approved document, so they may differ from what you entered - the dispatcher may have adjusted them when closing the duty. Ask them for a correction.
- You enter the plate number (fill it in only if you drove a different vehicle than planned), km readings before and after the journey, engine hours before and after the journey, the odometer at refuelling, the fuel added, AdBlue, heating fuel and a note.
- The values entered undergo a logic check. If the duty was not driven as planned, a note is mandatory.
- The details entered are transferred to the ERP system, where the dispatcher reviews them.
- Help on what to fill in and how is available directly within the form.
