What the module can do
- Display the schedule for a selected day and selected workplace. A user who has been assigned cost centres is offered only the workplaces of their own depots.
- Sorting - five options: Default (the order from the ERP system), Time, Plate, Roster and Driver. It applies to both cards and the table.
- Search - a single field searches the plate number, driver, duty roster, place, lines and services.
- Records that are still only in the draft roster (unapproved) carry a Draft badge. On a card the time is also red, in the table the whole row is. In EDISONKA the whole card is in red text, with no badge.
- Tapping a card shows the driver shift detail.
- From the detail you can display the service progress, including the route on the map.
- You can see who drove the vehicle before this shift and who will drive it after - the time, the driver name and the date when it is a different day. On the shift card they are marked by a left arrow (drove before) and a right arrow (drives after), and they are in the shift detail as well; the table on the web has no columns for them. This is information for the dispatcher only; the driver’s schedule does not have it. The information is only available for journey documents from today onwards and the following journey is searched a week ahead; elsewhere these rows are not shown.
- For a tour (occasional transport) the tour leader and their phone number are shown right on the shift card and in the detail; the table has its own columns for them. You can call the number directly.
- Once the document has been approved, the schedule shows the actual data from the document instead of the planned values - times, places and the vehicle therefore match how the journey really went. Such a duty carries the Approved label - on the card, in the table and in the detail.
- The overview also includes approved journeys that were not in the plan - a manually entered document, for example, or a journey moved to another driver. You see them even when all workplaces are selected.
The route is shown on the map only when the stops in the ERP system have GPS coordinates filled in.
Carrier settings
The way the schedule is displayed depends on your carrier’s settings.
The tour leader, the information about who drove the vehicle before and after the shift, and the actual data of a completed journey appear once your carrier enables them.
- Graphical-timetable activity - where to place graphical-timetable records (NEM, DOV, …) in the list: Do not display, At the beginning of the list (the default), or At the end of the list. The setting applies only to records with no time; a graphical-timetable record that has a time is always in the schedule. The dispatcher never sees roster time off - it is the driver who should know about their own.
- Automatic refresh (s) - how often the day’s schedule is reloaded. Empty = 60 s, 0 = switched off (you can always refresh with the button); otherwise enter 15 to 600 seconds.
