What the module does
- Displays the dispatch sheet for the selected day.
- Unstaffed shifts are shown in red with a No driver badge; a partially covered shift carries a Partial badge. The dispatcher sees at a glance what still needs a driver.
- A summary above the list - the number of shifts, unstaffed and partially covered ones, drivers and vehicles.
- Filters: Date, Workplace, Shift type, Vehicle type, Scope (All / Driving shifts only), Sorting and Search.
- Three sorting modes - By vehicle pick-up (the default), By line and order, and By shift start.
- Record detail by group: Basic information (shift, roster group, line and order, date, driver, personnel number), Route (stop from and to), Time (time from and to, departure, arrival, shift length), Vehicle (plate number, fleet number, vehicle from and to, required vehicle) and, for a split shift, Split shift (break from, afternoon start).
Carrier settings
How often the dispatch sheet refreshes itself and whether it first hides absent drivers is set by your carrier. You switch the view and sorting yourself and the browser remembers your choice. How far ahead you can see the dispatch sheet is determined by the horizon entered in the ERP system.
- By default only shifts with driving - when switched on, the dispatch sheet first hides activities and absent drivers (holiday, sickness); you can always switch this in the filter. Switched off by default.
- Automatic refresh (s) - how often the dispatch sheet is reloaded. Empty = 60 s, 0 = switched off (you can always refresh with the button); otherwise enter 15 to 600 seconds.
